At Yo Chaakho Sa, we strive to provide premium quality sweets and snacks. Our policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and related actions are handled. By placing an order on our website, you agree to adhere to the terms mentioned below.
1. REQUESTING A REFUND
If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please contact us via email at yochaakhosa@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will initiate the refund within 48 hours. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 working days.
Please note: All products sold on Yo Chaakho Sa are non-returnable.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product. Not all items are eligible for refunds. Refunds will be provided for:
- Spoiled or damaged products*
We only accept refund requests via the email used to place the original order. Emails received from other email addresses will not be prioritized.
3. DAMAGE AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Upon receiving your order, inspect the items immediately. If the products are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. You can email your concerns along with proof (photos) to yochaakhosa@gmail.com. We'll assess the situation and take steps to address the issue.
Note: While we take utmost care in packaging, delicate items like sweets and fragile snacks are prone to minimal breakage during transit, which cannot always be avoided. Such minor damage is not eligible for a refund.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your refund request and inspect it, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
Important: If a coupon was used during the order, and a higher-discount coupon is found later, the request for a refund of the difference must be made within 3 hours of placing the order. Refunds for the difference will not be processed once the order is packed, ready for dispatch, or already dispatched.
5. DELIVERY REFUSAL OR NO RESPONSE
If the customer or consignee refuses to accept the order upon delivery, or if there is no response to communication from the delivery partner or Yo Chaakho Sa, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next day and attempted up to two more times.
If there is no response or if the customer/consignee continues to refuse the delivery, Yo Chaakho Sa reserves the right to deny any refund.
6. RETURN POLICY
Returns of products will not be accepted under any circumstances, even in the case of damaged or incorrect items received. However, customers may claim a refund for damaged or missing items by providing photo proof via email to yochaakhosa@gmail.com. We will inspect the claim and notify the customer if they are eligible for a refund.
Note: If the received products are undamaged or unspoiled, customers cannot return them. Any attempt to return products will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total order value.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can be requested within 3 hours of placing the order. If the request is made within this window, a full refund will be provided.
If the cancellation request is made after 3 hours, 50% of the order value will be charged as a cancellation fee, as preparations for the order would have already begun.
In case Yo Chaakho Sa is unable to fulfill the order due to stock shortages or other logistical issues, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. A notification will be sent via email regarding the cancellation.
Cancellation requests must be made via email only to yochaakhosa@gmail.com. Requests made through other channels, such as social media or phone calls, will not be considered unless acknowledged and responded to via the same medium.
